Case Study: The True Program

After years as a leading real estate investment company, Behringer shifted focus to become an alternative investment distributor. They undertook a comprehensive rebranding in the marketplace as they re-introduced themselves to existing retail reps and began to reach out to new ones. With their new corporate strategy in place, there was a clear need for value-added program for their reps. Since there was no existing program in place, it was the perfect opportunity to create something compelling from the ground up and move beyond the standard content provided in the industry.

The Solution
After assessing Behringer’s needs, Judi Rosenthal created the True Program—a unique, multi-channel platform for practice management content and support. Built from the ground up, Judi consulted on all aspects of the program, from content and naming to the launch of the program’s website and social media strategy. Her attention to detail extended to editing every word of copy on the site and creating tools and worksheets, blog posts and training videos. She also laid the foundation for success by developing an internal communications plan to engage the wholesaling team.

The Results
From Judi’s initial keynote presentations where she presented the program to advisor audiences in person, the True Program has been a resounding success. From rave reviews to website analytics showing long-term engagement with the program content, the True Program has been a key part of Behringer’s rebranding. By moving beyond the standard investment advice to coach on topics as diverse as personal branding and unconscious bias, the True Program helps build rep relationships and showcase Behringer’s product offerings.
